How do I export a personal property inventory to Excel or Xactimate/XactContents?

To create an Excel spreadsheet of the inventory,

  1. Click Personal Property from the Tasks menu on your dashboard.
  2. Click  below your name at the top of your dashboard.
  3. Select Export Inventory.
  4. Click the Export to: line.
  5. Select Excel.
  6. Select the type of items you want to include.
    7. Replace items and Clean/Storage items check boxes are only available if there are items in those lists.
  7. Click Export.

To export an inventory to Xactimate/XactContents,

  1. Click Personal Property from the Tasks menu on your dashboard.
  2. Click  below your name at the top of your dashboard.
  3. Select Export Inventory.
  4. Click the Export to: line.
  5. Select Xactimate/XactContents.
  6. Enter your XactNet Address.
  7. Select the type of items you want to include.
    8. Replace items and Clean/Storage items check boxes are only available if there are items in those lists.
  8. Click Export.
