How do I send messages?

Shared messages are viewable by the team members chosen as recipients, as well as your claim’s main contact and their company.

Option 1

  1. Click Send message in the Welcome card on your dashboard.
  2. Select the team members you want to receive the message.
  3. Type your message in the Write a message dialog box.
  4. Click Send.

Option 2

  1. Select Messages in your Main menu.
  2. Click New message.
  3. Select the team members you want to receive the message.
  4. Type your message in the Write a message dialog box.
  5. Click Send.
