How do I enable or disable RealTwiin™ Characteristics?

RealTwiin™ Characteristics can only be enabled in the administrator view of your instance.
  1. Click your name at the top of your dashboard.  
  2. Select Administration.  
  3. Click Settings in your Administration menu.  
  4. Click SERVICES.  
  5. Click the RealTwiin™ Characteristics switch.  
  6. Click SAVE.
