What are the benefits of setting my claim preferences?
Setting your preferences allows you to share when you will be available, how you would like to be contacted, and any other notes that might help your team members. Your team members receive email notifications when you change your claim preferences, and the changes are also reflected the Policyholder Preferences tab of their dashboards.
If you are unable to change your claim preferences, the primary contact of your claim can make changes for you.
