How do I add items to my personal property inventory?

Updated 2 weeks ago by Jennifer B.

If you search for a replacement item and can’t find the specific item to replace, you can select the closest matching item in the search results, called a general quote item, in its place. For example, if you can't find their specific 55" TV, you could select TV-LCD / LED-LCD 55-60".

  1. Select Personal Property from your My Tasks menu.
  2. Click Add item.
  3. Enter the item details.
  4. Click Add.
