How do I send messages?

Shared messages can be viewed by the selected claim participants, claim's primary contact, and the insurance company.

Option 1

  1. Click Send message in the Welcome! card on your dashboard.
  2. Click New message under Conversations.
  3. Select the claim participants you want to receive the message.
  4. Type your message in the Write a message... dialog box.
  5. Click Send.

Option 2

  1. Select Messages in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click New message.
  3. Select the project participants you want to receive the message.
  4. Type your message in the Write a message... dialog box.
  5. Click Send.
