How do I let my insurance company know how I feel about the work being done on my claim?
Your insurance company must have made this feature available to you before you can use it.
- Move the My Current Satisfaction selector to your current satisfaction level to open the satisfaction field.
- Add any comments you have in the Additional comments dialog box.
- Select the team members you would like to see how satisfied you are.
- Click Share.
Team members receive an email notification with your current satisfaction level and comments, allowing them to address any concerns before the claim’s conclusion.
