Team member: How do I change the status of a project?

Option 1

  1. Locate the project in your Claims Library.
  2. Click Open actions menu on the project's line.
  3. Select the status of the project.

Option 2

  1. Locate the project in your Claims Library.
  2. Click Open actions menu on the project line.
  3. Select Project Details.
  4. Click Edit .
  5. Select the status from the Status drop-down menu.
  6. Click Save.

Option 3

  1. While in your Claims Library, select the check boxes for the projects you are changing the status of.
  2. Click Change status under your name.
  3. Select the status.
  4. Click Save.
Changing the status in ClaimXperience does not affect the XactAnalysis status, even if it is linked to an assignment, nor will it affect the ability of any team member or participant in that project to add new content to that project.
