If the person sending the message includes you as a recipient, you receive a notification with the message included.

Your insurance company has access to the messages you send using ClaimXperience®. Team members working on your claim can view messages if you include them in the conversation.

What happens to messages if my claim is cancelled?

The claim itself is marked Cancelled , but the messages sent using ClaimXperience® or added to the claim are saved for analytics and reporting purposes.

Click Messages in your Main menu. Select the message to which you want to reply. Type your message in the Write a reply dialog box. Click Reply.
