The insurance company has access to all messages sent through ClaimXperience. Other project participants can only view messages if they are included as participants.

If the person sending the message includes you as a recipient, you receive a notification with the message included.

How do I reply to a message?

Click Messages in your General Collaboration menu. Select the message under Conversations to which you want to reply. Type your message in the Write a reply dialog box. Click REPLY.

What happens to messages when the project is canceled

The project itself is marked "Canceled", but the messages in the project are saved for analytics and reporting purposes.
