How do I take a snapshot of an image while I’m looking at it?

  1. Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click on the image you want a snapshot of to open it.
  3. Click .
  4. Click and drag to move to the location where you want to take the snapshot.
  5. Click .
  6. Add a description. (optional)
  7. Click Save copy. Saving a snapshot adds the image to the Files tab.
